Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Standard delivery: 7 days, Express:14 days (cost varies).
- Local delivery available in 4 days.
Shipping Restrictions
- Perishable products: Must be refrigerated upon arrival.
- No PO Boxes/APO addresses.

Order Tracking & Issues
- Tracking details sent via email once shipped.
- Lost or stolen orders: Contact carrier first, then us if unresolved.
- Damaged items: Report within 24 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
