Refund policy
At Blended Together Juice, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality cold-pressed juices and tonics. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:
1. No Returns
- Since our juices are fresh and unpasteurized, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order upon delivery to maintain product quality.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To assist with your claim, provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- We will evaluate the issue and provide either a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel the order.
- Subscription orders can be modified or canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
